24. Sirius Black ~ 26. Friends Becomes Foes
그 검은 개는 시리우스 블랙이었습니다. 애니마구 스였던 거죠. 쭉 이어지는 장면이라 ch24부터 26까지 한 번에 가겠습니다.
Hermione: We're in the Shrieking Shack, aren't we?
Harry: Come on.[Harry leads Hermione up a staircase towards the sound of Ron whimpering. They soon reach a room where Ron is sitting on the floor.]
Harry: Ron!
Hermione: Ron, you're okay!
Harry: The dog, where is it?
Ron: Harry, it's a trap! He's the dog! He's an Animagus! [Ron points at the dog prints on the floor. Harry and Hermione follow them right up to... the feet of Sirius Black; Sirius closes the door and approaches the trio.]
Hermione: [gets in front of Harry] If you want to kill Harry, you'll have to kill us too!
Sirius: No, only one will die tonight.
Harry: [pushing Hermione aside] Then it'll be you! [grabs Sirius and forces him to the floor then points his wand at him]
Sirius: [smiling widely] Heh, heh. Are you going to kill me, Harry? Heh, heh.
Lupin: [bursting in the door] Expelliarmus! [Harry's wand is knocked out of his hand. Lupin gestures for Harry to move aside, and he obediently steps back. Wand still raised, Lupin approaches Sirius.] Well, well, Sirius, looking rather ragged, aren't we? Finally, the flesh reflects the madness within.
Sirius: Well, you'd know all about the madness within, wouldn't you, Remus? [Lupin lowers his wand, helps Sirius to his feet, and hugs him.] I found him!
Shrieking Shack : 비명 지르는 나무(로 영화에서 해석합니다.)
ragged : 누더기가 된, 다 해진
Finally, the flesh reflects the madness within.
직역하면 '결국, 살은 내면의 광기를 반영하지'로 해석됩니다만 의역해보면 '결국 내면의 광기가 표면(살)으로 드러났군'으로 해석하는 게 더 자연스럽네요.
영화에선 '드디어 광기가 드러났나 보군'으로 해석합니다.

28. Hermione's Secret
Ron: He's my rat, sir. He's not really a rat. Well, he was a rat. He was my brother Percy's rat, but then they gave him an owl and--
Hermione: Point is we know the truth. Please believe us.
Dumbledore: I do, Miss Granger, but I'm sorry to say the word of three thirteen-year-old wizards will convince few others. [walks up to Ron's bed] A child's voice, however honest and true, is meaningless to those who have forgotten how to listen. [As Dumbledore speaks he absentmindedly taps Ron's broken leg, causing Ron to yelp in pain. The Clock Tower starts chiming, and Dumbledore moves back towards the entrance.] Mysterious thing, time. Powerful. And when meddled with, dangerous. Sirius Black is in the topmost cell of the Dark Tower. You know the law, Miss Granger. You must not be seen, and you would do well, I feel, to return before this last chime. If not, the consequences are too ghastly to discuss. If you succeed tonight, more than one innocent life may be spared. Three turns should do it, I think. [steps into the doorway but then turns back for one last comment] Oh, by the way: When in doubt, I found retracing my steps to be a wise place to begin. Good luck. [leaves]
Ron: What the bloody hell was that all about?
Hermione: Sorry, Ron, but seeing as you can't walk.

중간에 'i feel'은 어떻게 해야할 지 모르겠네요...
29. Onlookers to the Rescue
Fudge: But where is it? I saw the beast just now. Not a moment ago!
Dumbledore: How extraordinary.
Hagrid: Buckbeak.
Fudge: Oh, come now, Dumbledore. Someone's obviously released him. [Harry and Hermione are watching from the woods.]
Dumbledore: I don't think the Minister's suggesting that you had anything to do with this, Hagrid. After all, how could you? You've been with us all the time.
Hagrid: Well, right.
Fudge: Well, well, we must search the grounds.
Dumbledore: Search the skies, if you must, Minister. Meanwhile, I'd like a nice cup of tea or a large brandy. Oh, executioner, your services are no longer required. Thank you. [Dumbledore and Hagrid go back inside.]
Hagrid: You'll find no small glasses in this house, Professor.
이 당시 덤블도어는 모를 텐데, 참 태연하네요!
갈라지는 소리는 벅빅이 아니라 호박이었습니다!
30. Saving Lives
Harry : You see Sirius talking to me there? He's asking me to come live with him.
Hermione : That's great.
Harry : When we free him, I'll never have to go back to the Dursley's. it'll just be me and him. We can live in the country, someplace you can see the sky. I think he'll like that after all those years in Azkaban.
평범한 대사 같지만, 중간에 'some place you can see the sky.' 대사가 짠해서 넣었습니다.
늘 계단 밑에서 살았던 해리였으니, 하늘이 보이는 집이 로망이었겠죠..
